$110 - I'm committed

A good motivator: feeling like I'm not wasting my money. I spent $110 on a membership to the Cedar Falls Rec Center, so now I have to go, or I'll know I just flushed that money away, right? Right?

Don't have a specific plan to get ready for Longs at this point, but I know that last year I felt like some time spent on a Stairmaster would have been useful. So tonight's workout was:
  • 10 min Stairmaster - 5 floors/min
  • 3 sets each on some weight machines - I'll have to learn the names of these, won't I?
  • 20 min on the elliptical trainer - weight loss program, level 2
  • 1/2 mile walking on the track to cool down
Weight check-in: 180 lbs.
