Don't have a specific plan to get ready for Longs at this point, but I know that last year I felt like some time spent on a Stairmaster would have been useful. So tonight's workout was:
- 10 min Stairmaster - 5 floors/min
- 3 sets each on some weight machines - I'll have to learn the names of these, won't I?
- 20 min on the elliptical trainer - weight loss program, level 2
- 1/2 mile walking on the track to cool down
