Check it out, I learned the names of some of the weight machines. Not sure what weight to use on each machine yet - I'll bump some of these up next time.

  • 20 min elliptical trainer - weight loss program, level 3
  • triceps - 3x10 - 50 lbs
  • leg extension - 3x10 - 50 lbs
  • shoulder press - 3x10 - 50 lbs
  • abductor/adductor - 3x10 - 50 lbs
  • lat pulldown - 3x10 - 50 lbs
  • 10 min Stairmaster - course 1
  • 1/2 mile walking on the track to cool down
