Morning workout - I didn't know my alarm clock ever showed 5 AM - I don't think I've ever seen it before. The Rec Center is busy in the mornings; it's hard to find open machines.

  • 25 min elliptical machine - fat burn setting
  • 3x10 - 65 lbs shoulder press
  • 3x10 - 70 lb leg extension
  • 3x10 - 30 lb biceps
  • 1x10/50 lb, 1x10/65lb, 1x10/70 lbs - abductor/adductor
