After a long hiatus, I got a workout in today. Went to the YMCA in Hastings - man, that's a nice facility.
26 min elliptical machine - weight loss interval program
3x10 - 35 lb shoulder press
3x10 - 70 lb lat pulldown
15 min Stairmaster
Also ran around in their maze for several minutes. That's the best workout yet!
