You know when the worst possible time to go to the Rec Center is? 5 PM on a weekday, apparently. Machines are all taken - waiting in line for the crappiest machines makes it hard to keep motivation up...

  • 20 min elliptical machine
  • 3x10 - 70 lb leg curl
  • 3x10 - 30 lb triceps
  • 3x10 - 90 lb crunches
  • 3x10 - 80 lb lat pulldown
  • 3x10 - 90 lb abductor/adductor
  • 20 min Stairmaster - longer Stairmaster workout than normal, and the machine blew.
