Worked out at the Rec Center again. But I learned one thing: if the Shuffle runs out of battery, I have a harder time with motivation during a workout. Doesn't matter if it's music or podcasts, but having something to listen to makes the workouts easier.

26 min elliptical machine - cardio program
3x10 - 110 lb crunches
3x10 - 90 lb lat pulldown
3x10 - 80 lb leg extension
15 min Stairmaster - course 7
