- 3x10 - 70 lb shoulder press
- 3x10 - 70 lb leg extension
- 3x10 - 30 lb biceps
- 3x10 - 110 lb leg press
- 3x10 - 70 lb crunches
- 10 min Stairmaster - course 2
Tomorrow's a busy day, and I'm not sure when I'll sneak in a workout. Hopefully I'll get it done.
