Good workout today.

  • 25 min elliptical machine - hill intervals
  • 3x10 - 70 lb shoulder press
  • 3x10 - 70 lb leg extension
  • 3x10 - 30 lb biceps
  • 3x10 - 110 lb leg press
  • 3x10 - 70 lb crunches
  • 10 min Stairmaster - course 2

Tomorrow's a busy day, and I'm not sure when I'll sneak in a workout. Hopefully I'll get it done.
