One week later

OK, one week after I started:

  • 30 min elliptical - hill interval level 3
  • 3x10 - 90 lb crunches
  • 3x10 - 70 lb lat pulldown
  • 3x10 - 50 lb leg extension
  • 3x10 - 70 b lat row
  • 10 min Stairmaster - course 1
Weigh-in: 181 lbs - disappointing, to be honest.
