30 min elliptical machine
3x10 - 90 lb crunches
3x10 - 80 lb chest press
3x10 - 80 lb leg curl
3x10 - 90 lb abductor/adductor
20 min treadmill - there are only two good Stairmaster machines, and both were taken
Weight check: 181 lb - Sigh. Of course, I ate like crap this week, so it's not surprising.
