Back to the Rec Center tonight, as I got home too late to take Ruby for a run. Listened to the Raging Bullets podcast as I was working out, which works pretty well for keeping the mind occupied as I go.
15 min Stairmaster - course 7 - I increased the difficulty level 2 steps above whatever the default is.
3x10 - 110 lb crunches
3x10 - 90 lb incline press
3x10 - 90 lb leg extension
26 min elliptical machine - weight loss program - increased the ramp's incline to 3 steps steeper than the default
