Bitterly cold outside, so it was back to the Rec Center.
28 min elliptical machine - weight loss program, ramp bumped up to 12 max, resistance to 12 max
3x10 - 130 lb crunches (hard time with the last set - probably should drop to 120 lb next time)
3x10 - 100 lb shoulder press
3x10 - 75 lb leg extension
15 min Stairmaster - course 7, bumped up 2 levels
